HelpingTeachersDesign.com was created by Daniel L. Randall and Mary Joy Randall.
Dan holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young University. He taught an undergraduate course for preservice teachers on technology integration in education for five years and has authored a number of articles about educational design and credentialing. He's currently the Director of Learning Experience Design for an educational software company.
Mary Joy earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and taught first, second, and third grades over the course of 16 years. After leaving the classroom, Mary Joy worked as an Instructional Designer creating learning materials for students in grades three through eight.
We plan to create and curate tutorials, mini-courses, and other resources to help teachers thrive despite the disruption occurring in schools across the world. We hope to also provide an opportunity for educators to connect with each other to share ideas, suggestions, and anything else that might be useful. Let us know what we can do to help you be successful this school year.
